HME compression molding press features with heavy duty multi-post frame structure. The heating system is optional in between either electric, oil or steam heating. Water cooled platens are available to fast cooling down the workpiece for hand manipulation. • Machine frames are fabricated using High Quality Steel Plates( as per IS 2062 Standards) and is designed using latest design tools including AutoCad, Solidworks, FEA analysis etc.
• Our machines are finely machined and accuracy is tested as per the JIS-B-6403 accuracy standards matching international standards
• Hydraulic Cylinders and Rams are finely machined with maximum safety factor and Rams are induction hardened and Hard Chrome plated.
